Telkom Flexi Divisi menyediakan layanan akses internet dengan teknologi Code Division Multiple Access (CDMA) di Indonesia untuk smartphone pertama berdasarkan sistem operasi Google Android. Flexi menjadi layanan akses nirkabel tetap berbasis teknologi CDMA di Indonesia untuk memulai layanan Android pertama.

Untuk menyediakan khusus Android handset CDMA, Flexi telah menjalin kerja sama dengan penyedia bundling ponsel IVIO merek dagang. Ponsel ini dipasarkan dengan Rp 1.500.000 kisaran harga.

Beberapa fitur yang tersedia di ponsel Android IVIO meliputi 624 MHz Marvel CPU, CDMA 800Mhz (RUIM), Resolusi Tinggi 3.2 "480 x 320 TFT LCD, Touch Screen resistif, dukungan menulis stylus, Qualcomm 6085, EVDO Rev A, download hingga 3,1 Mbps, upload hingga 1.8Mbps.

Untuk meramaikan layanan, juga mengambil 150 mitra penyedia konten Flexi untuk mengembangkan aplikasi pada Android Market Google. Aplikasi ini, yang disebut Flexi Pasar dijadwalkan untuk menghadiri berikutnya September metode pembayaran FlexiCash.

Judi mengaku optimis Flexi Android layanan data dapat mencapai harapan pelanggan ketika mengacu pada data pertumbuhan yang cepat akses kepada pengguna yang telah menembus Flexinet 1 juta pengguna aktif.

Saat ini Flexi telah melayani pelanggan 16.200.000, didukung oleh 5.800 unit infrastruktur Base Transceiver Station (BTS) di seluruh Indonesia.

Nexian Siapkan Ponsel Android Dengan Prosesor 1GHz

Ponsel Nexian Android telah memulai debutnya sejak perhelatan Indonesa Cellular Show 2010 beberapa waktu lalu di Jakarta, namun belakangan terdengar desas-desus dimana Nexian segera akan meluncurkan kembali ponsel Android kedua yang akan memiliki prosesor 1 Ghz.

Selain mengusung prosesor 1 GHz, ponsel Android kedua buatan Nexian itu menurut rumornya akan menggunakan sistem operasi Android 2.2 alias Froyo serta memiliki ukuran layar 4 inci.

Namun baru-baru ini juga telah tersiar kabar bahwa salah satu produsen ponsel yang berasal dari China telah membuat sebuah produk ponsel Android yang mirip dengan Nexian, yakni Apanda, dari situs China Mobile Review kami menemukan bahwa Apanda telah membuat dua buah varian ponsel Apanda A60 dan Apanda A70.

Apa hubungannya dengan Nexian?, kami memperkirakan bahwa produsen Apanda ini bisa jadi merupakan produsen Nexian juga atau mungkin desas-desus yang selama ini beredar ternyata keliru, karena bentuk Apanda mirip sekali dengan ponsel Nexian Journey. Namun jika memang ini benar maka bisa jadi Apanda A70 adalah merupakan ponsel Nexian Journey versi dua yang akan segera dirilis untuk pasar diluar China dengan nama Nexian.
